Carlos Gutierrez - Charleston, SC

Carlos Gutierrez is a real estate investor and entrepreneur. He began his real estate career as an agent in the Northern Virginia area grossing over $150 million dollars in sales over 3 years. Carlos expanded his career with multiple, simultaneous capital expenditure real estate rehab projects throughout Northern Virginia and South Carolina. 

Carlos has an extensive experience in property valuation and acquisition; property leasing and management; and marketing and property sales. Carlos has expanded his predominately single-family real estate portfolio to investments in over 780-multi-family units and 3 Retail Centers of 30,000 Sqft in the Southeastern area. Carlos also received multi-family real estate training from Northern Virginia Investor Association and Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Mentor Program. 

Nate is a 17-year veteran with substantial expertise in commercial real estate, including development, property management, valuation, and market analysis. Years of appraising multi-family properties provided Nate a unique advantage point as an investor and manager. He has consulted on hundreds of apartment deals over his career, from small multi-family projects to $100+ million, Class-A developments. Understanding how the market values different operations helps Nate and his partners forecast capital expenditures, operating budgets, rental rates and lease-up, expense reduction, and to improve management systems. He served as Vice President for Newmark Valuation & Advisory after serving as Associate Director for Integra Realty Resources. Primary responsibilities included valuation of various property types, feasibility studies, market analysis, and training personnel. Prior to entering real estate, he was an Information Technology contractor for Blue Cross Blue Shield, and before that served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps.

Christina is a high-level accountant and business professional who holds a Master of Accountancy Degree with expertise in analysis and financial management. She has worked with business owners in multiple industries with a primary focus as a fractional CFO for real estate investors. Christina manages over 130 client relationships and 30 CFOs that serve business owners in the real estate industry as a C-level executive at SimpleCFO Solutions. Christina manages all financial needs for GW Property Management by analyzing and modeling all value-add deals, developing cash forecasts and publishing financial reports for investors and lenders.
